BOOKING / PAYMENT PROCEDURE

After completing our reservation form, we will contact you via e-mail with the necessary information to finalize the reservation.
Sent the e-mail, you have a period of 4 days to make a previous payment of 50% of the total price to guarantee the reservation. The rest needs to be paid 10 days before arrival. 

 

CANCELLATION POLICY
Once the previous payment of 50% has been made, the reservation is guaranteed and said amount will not be refundable for cancellation or change of reservation. If the previous payment is not made within 4 days, Can Vicent Yern can exercise the right to cancel the reservation.
If the guest cancels within10 days before arrival, the total amount will not be refundable.

GENERAL BOOKING CONDITIONS

Minimum stay in July and August 6 nights, in April, May, June, September and October 4 nights.
The guest will be responsible for any damage that may be caused during their stay in the accommodation.
